Really enjoyed our stay in Truckee at this hotel. Location was easy and convenient to go to downtown or over to Lake Tahoe. Breakfast was hot and varied by day, very clean with exceptional staff. Hot tub was huge and even though it was cold out, the water was perfect. Front desk staff was helpful and nice too.

EVERYTHING!! I would give higher ratings if I could! This hotel was first-rate from top to bottom. The manager and his entire staff were INCREDIBLE! in the breakfast room were Staffabsolutely AWESOME :0)

Regrettably, this two-star hotel’s reception staff were notably disengaged and lacked a welcoming attitude, impacting the overall guest experience negatively. The absence of warmth and communication skills made interactions rather disappointing. Moreover, the outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna came as an unexpected inconvenience, especially considering the region’s renowned skiing conditions. It’s perplexing that such crucial information isn’t highlighted on booking platforms, as it significantly affects guests’ comfort during their stay, especially in colder weather. Additionally, the room’s lack of basic amenities like dishes, slippers, and a water boiler was disappointing. These are often expected and contribute to guests’ convenience and comfort, which were clearly overlooked in this establishment.

Our only disappointment was that the fire pit by the pool was not working, and the spa was not working during our stay :0( This, however, did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the hotel and the enjoyment of our trip! Negative: ""

Nice location, close to multiple nice restaurants. Close to superchargers also which makes travel with Tesla much easier. Breakfast is decent, you may want to be earlier
